Dr. Celjo earned his Medical Degree at the University of Sarajevo Medical School. He then completed his Psychiatry Residency and Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. He is board certified in Psychiatry as has been practicing in the field for over twelve years. 

Adnan Celjo, MD


Dr. Faria is Board certified in both General Adult and Addiction Psychiatry and is one of the few Board-certified physicians practicing locally in her field. She has received training and engages in ongoing consultation regarding Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with Polaris .  

She attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine, obtained her psychiatric training at Banner University Medical Center, and completed an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Faria is empathetic and highly skilled at treating individuals with substance use disorders and behavioral addictions such as gambling, sex and eating disorders. She understands the prevalence of trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders in patients recovering from substance and/or behavioral addictions. She advocates for the mental healthcare needs of physicians and healthcare professionals through various professional organizations, including the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. She is the former President of the Arizona Chapter of the Society of Addiction Medicine (AzSAM) where she emphasized prioritizing health and wellness in the healthcare professional community for several years. 

Monica Faria, MD


Dr. Dekker was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, the son of Anthony Dekker, DO. Dr. Dekker trained at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Banner Good Samaritan Psychiatric Residency Program in Phoenix, AZ, and Boston University Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship Program in Boston, MA.  Dr. Dekker is dedicated to the treatment of Addiction disorders in underserved populations, patient and provider education, and advancement of the treatment of Addiction Disorders.

Michael Dekker, DO


Dr. Beaupre is a native of Arizona and graduated a proud Sun Devil from Arizona State University with a degree in Construction Management. After working in the construction industry for a while, he decided to make a radical career shift and pursue medicine. He completed a post-baccalaureate program and then medical school at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Residency brought him back home and he completed training in Emergency Medicine at Maricopa Medical Center (now Valleywise Health) in Phoenix followed by additional training in Addiction Medicine through the HonorHealth/CBI fellowship program. He practiced emergency medicine in a small, rural, emergency department and staffed an Addiction Medicine clinic on the Gila River Indian Reservation. He is also Associate Medical Director of the Physicians Medical Monitoring Program and addiction medicine physician at The Meadows. His clinical interests include acute and long-term recovery from substance use as well as exploring the ever-changing and exciting new therapeutic modalities in the field of Addiction Medicine.
