We guide you in tackling opioid use with medications such as buprenorphine-naltrexone, naltrexone or long acting injectables such as Sublocade, Brixadi or Vivitrol.
Alcohol Use
After thorough evaluation to assess risk of alcohol withdrawal, medications such as oral naltrexone, long acting injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol), or Acamprosate can help you face alcohol head on.
Other Substance Use
Utilizing multiple modalities including medications, neuro-modulation and therapy, we formulate a personalized plan to conquer substance use.
Professional Health Programs
We assist professionals in the community that have gotten in trouble with their place of employment or board of regulation due to use of substances or unprofessional behavior. A professional evaluation and assessment is completed to determine safety in return to work followed by a private monitoring program to ensure the professional is compliant with sobriety. We then work with employers &/or professional boards regarding professional compliance with mandated programs and facilitate return to work after the professional is deemed ready to return.

If our clinic is the right fit for you, there is a simple, one-time fee for all appointment visits. This includes your initial intake evaluation and all subsequent clinic visits. Medications may be purchased through the clinic at a discounted rate or sent to a local pharmacy where your commercial insurance provider may cover the costs.
